About

I'm an operator-CFO who built and led JUUL Labs' global ecommerce P&L to over $200M annualized — and held the channel together through one of the most challenging regulatory transformations in modern consumer goods.

My career has lived in two worlds: corporate finance and consumer operations. I started in investment banking at JPMorgan and moved into corporate development at Rentech, where I built the M&A function from scratch and executed 13 transactions over four years that grew consolidated revenues from $180M to $550M. That arc included a $300M IPO of Rentech Nitrogen Partners LP, a $150M growth capital raise from Blackstone, and a $53M sale of Rentech Nitrogen Partners LP to CVR Partners at a 33% premium to the share price at signing. I reported to the CFO and presented quarterly to the public-company boards of both Rentech entities.

A stint at Riot Games (a Tencent subsidiary) followed — leading strategic finance, reducing corporate SG&A by more than 10 percent through procure-to-pay optimization, KPI dashboard integration, and contingent workforce restructuring.

For the past six years I've been at JUUL Labs, climbing through four roles from Director of Finance into my current seat as Sr. Director, Digital Engagement. The work has spanned the full DTC stack: scaling subscription to 94 percent of total ecommerce revenue, driving a 90 percent-plus lift in average order value, and building the company's first loyalty rewards platform, digital coupon system, and sweepstakes/contest framework from the ground up. Most consequentially, I rebuilt the entire B2C fulfillment model under federal regulatory pressure — migrating to a complex final-mile carrier network in under four months to meet new compliance requirements.

What sits underneath all of it is fluency in both languages: financial discipline and digital innovation, unit economics and capital structure, deal flow and operating P&L. That hybrid is what I'm most interested in continuing to build — particularly inside PE-backed consumer companies where the next chapter is about converting market position into durable returns.
